All products sold on this website are available for delivery.
FEIT processes orders on weekdays (monday through friday). If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped within 1-2 business days form receiving payment. Packages ship from Lisboa, Portugal.
Costs are automatically calculated prior to checkout, depending on the destination. Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over 500 EUR.
Delivery & tracking
When your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and an estimated date of the delivery.
Large furniture and large quantity orders: We ship your order with special carrier, depending on the country of delivery. You will be contacted directly by email after you placed the order with more information about delivery time and dates.
Your order is delivered to street level only, and will not be carried inside at your destination address.
The customer is responsible for the disposal of packaging used in connection with the delivery.
All items are eligible for exchange or refund, granted that notice is given within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. Requests must be sent to email@example.com.
Returned items must be in pristine condition: unused, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging. FEIT reserves the right to decline a request if the goods do not meet the standards. In this case, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.
Special editions and products that are produced specifically for you can not be returned.
If any item is already damaged upon receipt, please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Complaints must include a detailed description of the defect/deficiency with accompanying photos. FEIT is entitled to repair or replace defective products conditioned the complaint is received in due time. If FEIT is unable to repair or replace the defective product, FEIT is entitled to remedy through a price reduction or product exchange.
exchanges & refunds
If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you store credit corresponding to the items’ total amount. If you would prefer a full refund of the purchase price, the amount will be paid back to the payment method used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.
Please note that in all cases, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not cover the return shipping cost. It is your responsibility to pay and take care of the shipping method, which must include tracking. FEIT is not accountable for lost or damaged items during the return process.
